‘Art is Therapy’ is an Italian company that creates innovative products such as the Egloo candle-powered heater. It was the first successful crowd-funding campaign by company’s founders Marco and Nicola Zagaria. Once again, they are back with Microcromo, a transforming coffee table that can be converted into a digital picture frame or an ambient light outright. Most interestingly, this 3D-printed coffee table features a round screen to display trippy microscopic art.
This multi-functional furniture is designed to serve as artistic painting, ambient light and a coffee table at the same time. It’s just a round saucer with a retractable base that makes it possible to perform different jobs. A magnetic interlocking system is used to lock its different forms. With a single movement, users can transform it into different objects. Microcromo coffee table is space-saving furniture piece that can be also hanged on walls of your home.
It is a needful furniture unit for people living in small apartments as it will help them a lot to make most out of the small living space. Just like other transforming furniture pieces, Microcromo coffee table is also helpful to create more space, as well as reduce clutter in home. In addition, if you fancy microscopic art and pictures, then it would be a better choice.
It will be crowdfunded on Kickstarter soon, and we will keep you posted as soon as more of its features are revealed.
