Food that looks good, tastes better. Well, that’s what science suggests, and you might have also experienced it many times. It was not long ago that we saw the tempting Groot Cake, and now the fictional talking tree has managed to get itself crafted into a bread. In fact, it’s Disneyland Resort who have complimented the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy ride with the Groot bread.
It’s not surprising that the Groot bread sold out within hours of its introduction. The eyes of Groot bread are made from black olives and hair is made from jalapeno cheddar. Made in two flavors – sourdough loaves and jalapeno cheddar, the bread is baked at Disney California Adventure’s Boudin Bakery, and can be bought at Fairfax Market.
The lucky ones who managed to get their hands on the Groot bread, first made it a point to click some cool pictures, placing it in front of their face. Instagram and Twitter are the place where Groot bread has found instant attention, and it is going viral by the minute. Did they eat it later on? Well, that’s a mystery, but we are sure they did get a mouthful.
Check these Instagram posts and tweets that are trending right now, and why not, Groot bread is not something you’ll find selling in the supermarket.
