When one talks about high-end electronics for home, the first name that comes to mind is Bang & Olufsen. The Danish consumer electronics company revealed the 85-inch BeoVision Avant TV quite a long time back and now they are back again with another thumping announcement. BeoVision 14 powered by Google Android TV operating system is out now with a price tag starting from £4,495 for the 40-inch version and £6,495 for the 55-inch model.
The Ultra HD TV strangely doesn’t have support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) imagery nor 3D viewing. However, that downside is over-shadowed by its phenomenal design. The eye-catchy panel has pleated wooden lamellas on the speaker cover made from oak wood. It is worth mentioning that these lamellas are just 3 and 6 millimeters thick, thereby providing you with crystal clear sound.
The TV is encapsulated in sleek aluminum frame which gets maximum amount of glass surface on the screen. There is an anti-reflection coating on both the sides for perfect viewing in bright sunshine.
Bang & Olufsen BeoVision 14 TV is going to be available in Europe initially, and then later on in the U.S.
