Christmas light decorations add magical charm to the festive atmosphere. Whether placed on houses, trees or public streets, these gorgeous lighting displays surely have a great impact on the holiday season. However, every year there are few light shows that take the holiday decoration game to whole new level.
This year, holiday enthusiast Johnson Family from San Antonio, Texas has established a gamechanging dubstep Christmas light show that features vibrant bulbs and caroling bells. The striking 11-minute light display is truly a sight to behold. As the playlist goes from classic carols to Frozen’s ‘Let It Go’ calling card to Skrillex’s ‘Bangarang,’ so people from all age groups are going to love it.
But what makes this light show absolutely amazing is the fact that it’s exhibited for a noble cause. Matt and Melissa Johnson are using its popularity to raise money for a charity. They have collaborated with Living Water International, a nonprofit organization, to collect funds so that they can further reduce infant mortality by providing clean water.
Viewers coming here to see this amusing light display are encouraged to submit pledges to Living Water International. While they watch the show, they’ll be able to see real-time updates for each night’s pledges. It’s indeed a commendable way to brighten up the holiday season, whilst offering something for betterment of the society.
