Romania-based real estate startup DWELLII aims to revolutionize the tiny house industry in Europe by pre-manufacturing units in a controlled environment. Apart from stationary modular homes, it offers a mobile tiny house model for those looking for a downsized lifestyle. The Dwellii prefab tiny house on wheels boasts a clean finish and quality construction, showing the precision of a factory-built product.
Sitting on a Hebo two-axle trailer, the structure is made from spruce wood with an exterior clad in 8mm sinusoidal metal sheet painted green. This nature-friendly shade is what makes it perfect for a forest retreat where it will beautifully blend into the surrounding area.
Red accents on the window frames and door create a striking contrast with the exterior. The tiny house purposefully gives character to the windows by including two porthole windows and a horizontal one.
The interior is lined with 10mm Birch plywood with concealed mechanical fasteners for a seamless look. With 10cm Rockwool basalt wool insulation in the walls and 15cm in ceiling and floor, all the living areas will stay warm and cozy even in snowy conditions.

Custom plywood furniture is the key highlight of the interior that helps inhabitants make the most out of the space. The living room has a custom sofa with a table tucked under the bed. The kitchen, bathroom storage, and bed are also tailor-made for the unit.
Measuring 6.6 meters long and weighing about 3,500 Kg, the EU-approved DWELLII tiny home on wheels is compact yet spacious enough for comfortable living on the road. The optional add-ons also include a ventilation system and a wood stove for even more comfort.
