The Burleigh 9.6 is a luxurious two-bedroom dwelling with upgrading options.
This 31-foot-long, 7-foot-wide, and 14-foot-high tiny house features a colorbond steel roof and wall cladding on the exterior. To make it more habitable, the builder has added external lights, a multitude of black aluminum windows, and two sliding glass doors brimming the interior with plenty of natural light. The Burleigh 9.6 also includes a deck to extend the living space.
The interior is insulated and outfitted with a cozy living room. It consists of a plush sofa and panoramic glazing that keep the room bright and arouse a sense of spaciousness.
Adjacent is a kitchen. It has a laminate countertop, cabinets above and below, a range hood, a cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator. Across the kitchen, there is a breakfast bar by the window to dine with a view.
The kitchen leads to the bathroom. Enclosed by a cavity door with a lock, the bathroom has a composting toilet, a shower with a choice of framed screen, and a vanity sink. Making the space utilitarian, the bathroom has cabinets for toiletries, an LED downlight, an extractor fan, and double power points.
The downstairs bedroom of the Burleigh 9.6 tiny house is accessible through the bathroom or a separate sliding entrance door. The bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed, cabinet, LED lights, and power points with USB ports.

At last, we come to the loft bedroom. The loft is versatile and can be utilized as an additional storage or sleeping space.
