Kami Vision has introduced a new AI-powered camera at CES 2025 that aims to solve the problem of falling in elderly people. As the device detects falls, it alerts family members or caregivers through SMS to take immediate action. They can even talk and see a live video through their mobile devices. The 2K camera offers up to 4x zoom, an 87-degree view and can rotate 360 degrees. This tech can detect falls and bed exits with 99.5 percent accuracy. ElliQ Caregiver Solution is a combination of ElliQ tabletop device that serves as a companion robot for elderly people and a new mobile app that helps caregivers monitor senior citizens. Furthermore, there is also an onboard screen for entertainment. ElliQ Caregiver Solution is like an elderly care assistant that can alert caretakers about any behavioral or health changes.
Zuowei Portable Shower
Zuowei has created a ZW186Pro – a portable shower that can help wash the hair and body of the disabled elderly. Weighing 4.8 kg, the machine features ‘intelligent water flow control’ and ‘Nano Cleaning’ technologies that simplify the bathing process. It includes two shower hoses: the sponge one for body cleaning and the silicone one for hair washing. The Zuowei portable shower lets caregivers bathe the bedridden person without transferring them to the bathroom.

Jennie Robot Puppy by Tombot
CES 2025 has seen some pet bots including companion robots that can be useful for the elderly.
