The world is full of quirky architecture and the latest example comes from Philippines with a rooster-shaped building at Campuestohan Highland Resort
Measuring, 34.931 m (114 ft 7 in) in height, 12.127 m (39 ft 9 in) in width and 28.172 m (92 ft 5 in) in length, this unique hotel is world’s largest building shaped like a chicken
Ricardo Cano Gwapo Tan is the mastermind behind this unusual hospitality project
It took six months for conceptualization and planning after clearing up the land in 2010
The construction began on 10 June 2023 and the building was completed by September this year
The hotel has 15 rooms with air conditioners, large beds, TVs and hot showers
The architecture team has constructed the building to be able to survive the frequent storms and typhoons in the area
The rooster-shaped building has won a Guinness World Records title this year
The resort also features a massive wave pool, a large restaurant, a cafe, three swimming pools, hotel rooms, bonita huts, hundreds of dinosaurs and cartoon/Marvel figures
