Grevillea tiny house by Evergreen Homes Australia is a 28-foot-long abode built on a VBS1 compliant triple axle trailer. It is 8 feet wide and 14 feet high. One of the longer double-story models by the manufacturer, the tiny dwelling can sleep up to 5 people in its ground-floor bedroom and two lofts combined. The maker has built Grevillea on the lines of its Macrocarpa model, only this one is bigger.
The black painted exterior of the Grevillea tiny house is pleasing with local redwood shiplap cladding accent in the middle to provide contrast. The tiny house has local timber interior finishes with pro-Clima roof and wall wrap. It is well-insulated to keep residents comfortable in all seasons. Upon entering the house, you will see a cozy living room with a small couch. You might be able to fit in a coffee table but it doesn’t have space for much else.
Next to the entrance is a Charnwood Aire 3 cast iron fireplace with beautiful tiles on the floor and backsplash to prevent walls and floor from an errant ember. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has a neatly finished wooden countertop with a burner gas cooktop, a sink in the middle with a black faucet, and extended countertop serving as a breakfast bar with two round-top stools stored underneath.
There are white-colored cabinets above and below the countertop to store essentials. It also includes appliances like dishwasher and microwave. The storage staircase leading to the loft bedroom is opposite the countertop and houses an apartment-sized fridge and other appliances. There is an air conditioning system to ensure that indoor temperature can be maintained as per the liking of residents.
Past the kitchen is the bathroom. The bathroom features a vanity sink, a covered shower space, and a toilet. On the opposite end of the house is the downstairs bedroom, which can also be alternatively used as an office/studio or study. The queen-size bedroom can sleep two people. The main loft bedroom is reached via the storage-integrated staircase and has enough room to fit a queen-size mattress and a couple of nightstands. A wall-mounted television is placed along the privacy wall of the loft.

The second loft is designed to function as a storage space but it can sleep one adult. It can be accessed from the living room using a ladder. The house also features R2 Foil Board underfloor insulation, LED downlights with dimmers, and fly screens on windows.
