Fraser Coast has a large ground floor plan with a living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. A loft area can be used either for sleeping or for storage purposes. The entire tiny house is rigged with a smart LED lighting system both internally and externally. For safety, the house also has smoke and fire alarms installed.
