The world is awash with incredible tiny homes, and the $111K Cottage house designed by Big Life Tiny Homes is something you just can’t miss. Measuring 30 feet long and eight feet wide, the tiny home on wheels is built by the Queensland-based manufacturing firm. While the exterior featuring metal and wooden finishing is exquisite, the gorgeous interior featuring a single-level layout elevates the design to another level.
Previously, we featured the Summer House by the Big Life Tiny Homes but the primitive creation included a loft. People, despite the hot demand for mobile homes, are looking forward to tiny houses without lofts. This is where the idea for the Cottage tiny house was born. A mobile home that sans stairs and loft. “In response to overwhelming demand, we created this single-level tiny home with no stairs,” informs the maker.
The $168K (AUD) Cottage tiny house features a generous kitchen, a full-sized bathroom, an outdoor shower, a queen bedroom with two large wardrobes, and a living room. Access to the home is gained via a glass door that welcomes you to the living room. The living room boasts an array of windows to let dwellers capitalize on the views. Not to mention, vaulted windows and plenty of other ventilation units that allow light to enter the home. The living room is compact yet offers plenty of space for housing essentials, courtesy of a storage-integrated sofa.
The living room connects to the kitchen. Featuring cabinets, a couple of worktops, a sink, and a breakfast bar, the kitchen is incredibly functional. In addition to basic furnishing, the kitchen is also well-stocked with appliances like an oven, refrigerator, and cooktop that help dwellers in their daily routine. A little ahead is the bathroom of the tiny home. It features a toilet, a washer/dryer unit, and a glass-enclosed shower. Oh, and if it gets too hot inside, Big Life Tiny Homes has accoutered the mobile home with an outdoor shower.

The bathroom leads directly into the bedroom of the house. The main-floor bedroom not only sleeps two people in its queen-size bed but also offers two large wardrobes. Though the starting price of the Cottage tiny house is $94K (AUD 143K), with the customization and other features it will cost $111K (AUD 168K).
