It was October 2023 when Modern Tiny Living last unveiled a tiny house on wheels. For four months USA’s leading tiny home designer and builder was sitting tight, while other US-based manufacturers went on a rampage to introduce a flurry of models in the new year. But it seems MTL was just biding its time to shock the tiny house community with the Honeylion tiny house on wheels, which I believe is its best-ever creation.
Measuring 36 feet long and 8.4 feet wide, the Honeylion tiny house is based on a quad-axle trailer and features an LP Vertical Smart Siding exterior. The micro dwelling boasts a steel roof, which is durable, cost-effective, and attractive. It features double-pane and tempered glass windows that offer picturesque views outdoors.
The Honeylion tiny house features LVT flooring and Poplar Tongue & Groove walls. The Honeylion further exhibits a gorgeous color theme, with a subtle red accent that ties the home together from the cabinetry to the cushions. The real stars of the house are its two bedrooms, each accessed via a storage-integrated staircase.

The primary bedroom lies in the gooseneck and features a queen-size Murphy bed. The other bedroom is placed in the loft that hosts twin beds on hinges, alongside a baby crib with a removable gate.
Downstairs is the decked-out kitchen with generous countertops and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with an array of electric appliances like an oven, an electric cooktop with a range hood, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, and more.

Nearby is the elevated living room with a bay window. A trademark of MTL creations, the living room is encompassed by windows on three sides that allow the space to stay light-filed. Boasting plenty of space for seating, it features six seats, eight drawers, sub-floor storage, bookshelves, and a custom two-piece collapsible table top.
You will find the spa-like bathroom under the loft and on the way to the gooseneck. It includes a subway tile wall surrounding the luxury bathtub/shower, a bowl sink with vanity, a toilet, and a washer/dryer unit. The tiny home is capped with a dual skylight that elevates the overall aesthetic of the home.
