Canadian builder Mint Tiny House Company precisely knows how to enthrall micro-dwelling enthusiasts. Aside from its attractive range of tiny houses on wheels, the firm also has a beautiful fleet of park models made specifically for growing families and people who want to set down roots with a downsized lifestyle. The recent Ventura tiny house is a three-bedroom, 40-foot-long park model that can accommodate a family of six in its luxurious layout.
Since the width of the Ventura tiny house is 10 feet, it will not be road-legal. If you want to move it from one location to another, you will need to seek a special permit. If you want to live on the road, this may not be the mobile house for you. It is, however, built for people who want to live in one place and grow as a family. Featuring two loft bedrooms, one ground-floor bedroom, a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a cozy living room.
The dusty blue exterior is often broken by big windows and French doors. The French door opens into the living room, which has tons of space for a convertible couch, a coffee table, a couple of side tables, and a few ottomans. It can be used to put down a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
Down the hall from the living room, a bathroom is fitted into the hallway and the ground-floor bedroom sits at the end. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower cabin, a vanity sink, and a toilet. At the end of the hall, the ground-floor bedroom has full standing height. It has a queen-size bed and a big closet.

Adjoining the living room is a U-shaped kitchen designed for home chefs who enjoy whipping up gourmet meals for family and friends. It has plenty of overhead and under-counter storage to keep your pots and pans, ingredients, and cooking essentials hidden and out of the way. The kitchen packs a three-burner cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, apron sink, and refrigerator.
Above the kitchen, a loft bedroom is designed. It has complete privacy thanks to a cubby-lined wall. Reached via a typical ladder, the bedroom has enough room for a king-size mattress flanked by multiple windows. Even with a low ceiling, it doesn’t feel cramped or stuffed.

On the other side of the house, another loft sits above the bathroom. This loft is also accessible via a ladder and can fit a queen-size bed. It can be used as a bedroom, a study space, or a play area.
The aesthetic of the Ventura tiny house is clean and minimalistic. It is priced at $135,000 and provides all the amenities of a traditional home without compromising on storage and comfort.
