Arizona is among the top ten cities in the US, where the tiny house movement is thriving with every passing day. The natives seem to have embraced the concept of a tiny house lifestyle, which has given an edge to local manufacturers to build several micro dwellings. Tiny Treasure Homes is one firm that has capitalized on the idea and designed many custom homes for its clients. One such home from the foundries of the Arizona-based builder that caught our attention is a 30ft tiny house on wheels.
This custom mobile habitat boasts a width of 8.5 feet and hosts a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom inside its wooden exterior. The tiny home elevates to a height of 13.4 feet, which is just an inch below the designated height of road legality for a tiny house marked in the US. Anyways, the tiny home is based on a double-axle trailer and also includes a two-inch extended pop-out on the end of the master loft, which adds stature to its profile.
As aforementioned, the tiny 30ft house features a living room. This can be equipped with a small sofa and a table, but it is too compact to be furnished with a bed. Encompassed by glazing on all sides, the living room is bright and airy, making it a fancy reading place too. The living room then leads to the kitchen of the tiny house.
Featuring a countertop, cabinet, shelves, and sink, the kitchen is highly functional and doesn’t disappoint in any regard. Other features include a four-burner oven, refrigerator, and a range hood that comes in handy to perform household chores with ease. Not to mention, two wall heaters, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, recessed lighting, dimmer switches, and an on-demand water heater.

Access to the tiny house bathroom is gained via the kitchen as well. The bathroom comprises a toilet, shower, a small bathtub, and a vanity. The 30ft tiny house sans a main bedroom but does feature two lofts. Accessed via a wall-incorporated ladder, the lofts function as a bedroom, and sleep four people combined. We are not familiar with the price of the tiny home yet, but estimate it to be well above $60K.
