Tea is the most popular beverage in the world, but very less attention is paid to make efficient tea making appliances. There are few companies that have already developed some tea makers for easily preparing tea, without much hassle. However, Rick Ha, Hong Kong-based founder and CEO at Keyway Innovations, has created the world’s first app-enabled smart Qi teamaker to make a perfect cup of tea.
The smart tea-making tool comes with easily downloadable app that supports Android and iOS devices, taking care of every tea brewing needs. Qi teamaker focuses on four key components of an ideal cup of tea: water temperature, brewing time, water flow and the expansion of tea leaves. With the app, users are allowed to prepare different flavors of tea from floral to iced and milk teas. The kettle picks up varying set of instructions for brewing- on selecting a specific kind of flavored tea on its app.
This entire unit lets you prepare tea with enhanced flavors and aroma, following instructions of tea recipes via smartphone. Currently, the project is seeking funds on Kickstarter aiming to raise a total of $100,000 to launch its mass production. You can back the campaign on crowdfunding website, if you wish to see the smart teamaker in your home.
