We all love tiny houses but very few of us have had the privilege to live inside one. The good part is, tiny houses have evolved over the years and come in all shapes and sizes. This gives opportunity to people for handpicking their favorite dwelling. They could either choose a home on wheels as big as 40ft long, or go for a mobile habitat as small as a chicken’s coop. Ok, I exaggerated the last one, but we do have come across tiny homes that offer 107-square-foot in total area. If you are considering the former, Great Lakes Tiny Home has designed a 36 feet long micro dwelling dubbed Firefly tiny house on wheels.
The Firefly tiny house is built on a triple-axle trailer and boasts log siding and a metal roof. The log siding looks fancy on the outside, which makes the tiny house exude cottage vibes. On the interior, the tiny home is finished in tongue & groove pine barn siding that offers good looks and versatility to the space. Since the tiny home comes under the Park Model category, it carries a width of 11 feet. This allows dwellers to pack their homes with all kinds of furnishing and appliances, and make the most of space available.
The interior comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The two bedrooms lie on alternative ends and sleep four people combined. Between the two bedrooms lies a kitchen that includes a refrigerator & microwave. It is further outfitted with cabinets, countertops, and shelves that add a plethora of storage to the dwelling. Facing the kitchen is the bathroom of the mobile home. It is accoutered with a toilet, sink, and a shower. Not to mention a shelf for added storage.

Adjacent the kitchen is the living room of the house. It is quite capacious by tiny house standards and can host an array of furniture ranging from a center table to a sofa. Other than being spacious, the living room also features loads of lighting, courtesy of windows that bathe the interior with natural light. The Firefly tiny house offers a total of 396 square feet of space and is available for purchase at $76,400.
