It amazes me how tiny housemakers across the globe come up with unique and intriguing names for their tiny houses. Some name their dwellings after flora, while others chose fauna. Great Lakes Tiny Homes decided to go with the latter and named their home after an animal that is a force to reckon with in North America. I am talking of Grizzly Bear here. Dubbed Grizzly tiny house, Great Lakes Tiny Homes has unveiled a humongous home that lives up to its name.
“The (Grizzly) is the company’s biggest and most roomy park model tiny home on wheels, offering a little under little under 400 sq ft space,” informs the company. Similar to Rylie tiny house, the Grizzly tiny home is based on a quad-axle trailer and boasts cedar board & batten siding alongside a black metal roof.
The key highlight of the tiny home is a fancy-looking porch with a railing, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and sunsets. On the inside, the tiny house features a roomy living room that can fit a sofa and a coffee table with ease. The living room is so capacious that one can even equip the space with a storage bench to further enhance storage.
Adjacent is the kitchen with a ceiling fan. It is a great place to dine and enjoy with your friends. Featuring a cookstove, refrigerator & microwave, cabinets, countertops, and shelves, the kitchen is aesthetic and highly functional. Elsewhere is the bathroom that includes a toilet, shower & nice pine vanity. Between the bedroom & kitchen is a washer/dryer hookup.

The tiny house also includes a main-level bedroom. It includes a bedframe with storage alongside a closet that comes handy is storing clothes, footwear, and other essentials. Grizzly tiny house sleeps two in its main-floor bedroom and accommodates the rest in its loft section accessed via steps.
Though the tiny house boats a typical low-ceiling loft, but is bright and capacious enough to sleep two to three people with ease. The base price of the tiny house is $85,400 which I believe is lucrative considering you get a gorgeous porch and loads of storage space inside.
