Canadian builder Mint Tiny House Company is known for its gorgeous mobile and park model tiny houses. The manufacturer’s Everest tiny house in its Canada Goose Edition is a perfect family home with its three-bedroom, clean layout. Measuring 41-foot-long, 8.6-foot-wide, and 13.6-foot-high, the Everest gooseneck tiny house has a sleeping capacity for six to eight people in its 392 square footage. The tiny house on wheels is designed with two lofts, one gooseneck bedroom, a walk-through bathroom, a snug living room, and a giant U-shaped kitchen.
The gray LP Smartside lap siding exterior is dotted with numerous windows, bringing the outdoors in. The front door opens into the big kitchen. In most tiny houses, the kitchen is set in the middle of the house to accommodate various other spaces. However, in the Everest gooseneck tiny house, the kitchen is designed at one of the ends to free up floor space.
The big U-shaped kitchen features, a Furrion RV propane oven and cooktop with a ventilation hood, butcher block countertops, a ceramic apron sink, a stainless steel refrigerator, an adjoining breakfast bar, and plenty of overhead and under-counter cabinets. An optional king-size loft can be installed in the kitchen to sleep two people.
The placement of the kitchen allows you to have an unhindered living space, where you can lounge or sleep. The living room is past the kitchen and has a big convertible couch, a side table, and a console table. You can easily wall-mount a television over the console table.

A typical ladder leads to the loft bedroom above the bathroom. The loft has plenty of room for a king-size bed and a couple of nightstands. A walk-through bathroom is designed under the loft. The huge bathroom has a vanity sink with a washer/dryer unit under it, a big glass-enclosed shower stall, and a toilet.
The gooseneck bedroom is at the rear of the house. Accessible via a short flight of storage stairs in the bathroom, the full-size bedroom has big closets and a king-size bed. Priced at CAD 149,900 (roughly $111,200), the Everest gooseneck tiny house is perfect for a small family.
