The love for park models has continued into 2024 and we are thankful for it. The spacious park model tiny houses are luxurious both in terms of pricing and amenities they offer. Vancouver-based tiny house manufacturer, Mint Tiny House Company, is adept in creating gorgeous park models that merge the comforts of traditional homes with smaller yet comfortable configurations. Its Canada tiny house is a well-appointed park model that omits lofts to spruce up the light-filled interior and make it homelier.

The Canada Tiny House on wheels is the crème de la crème and provides incredible amounts of space for a micro-dwelling. The custom park model measures 40-foot-long and 10-foot-wide and features a living room, a gourmet kitchen, a wall-thorough bathroom, and a bedroom.

Built on a four-axle trailer, the tiny house is easy to move, but you need a special permit to do so. It flaunts a beautiful bright red painted LP Smartside Lap Siding, often broken by big windows and three French doors. Two of the doors open into the living room, which is the perfect space to relax and entertain.

The living room has a big convertible couch that can provide additional sleeping space. It has a coffee table, a chair, and a dog bed. Past it, a lavish L-shaped kitchen takes up the center stage. It has a three-burner cooktop, an oven, generous countertops, a stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a myriad of overhead and under-counter cabinets.

The kitchen has an attached breakfast bar with cabinets underneath. A big cabinet is placed opposite the cooking station and can be used as a kitchen island, workstation, or dining table.

The walk-through bathroom is past the kitchen. It has a Separett compositing toilet, a vanity sink, a glass shower, and space for a stackable washer/dryer unit.

The bedroom is at the end of the house and is designed to free up more space for other areas. It has French doors, a king-size mattress, and a couple of nightstands.

The customized tiny house can be outfitted with your chosen appliances and features. Pricing for a standard 10 x 40 feet park model starts at CAD 158,400, roughly $118,500.
