Family-operated home builder, California Tiny House, has entered its 10th year of creating luxurious micro-dwellings in the heart of California. Its popular tiny houses are part of the Vesta Series. This series has four tiny houses, each catering to a different set of needs, and providing high-quality materials construction and modern facilities. We’ll be here discussing the largest available size in the series, the Vesta 40 tiny house.
The interior of the tiny house is designed to be versatile, while the exterior has rugged clear metal and cedar siding. It is a perfect pick to be used as a full-time residence for a small family, a vacation rental, or as an extension of your current house. It is similar in many aspects to the 32-foot Vesta tiny house but adds another room, which can be used as a bonus bedroom, office, or guest room.
The Vesta 40 tiny house offers 400 square feet of interior space to accommodate a big living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a stocked kitchen. There are dual entry points to the Vesta 40, one opens into a bedroom, while the other leads you to the kitchen.
The kitchen has a four-burner cooktop, oven, ventilation hood, microwave, refrigerator, sink, generous wooden countertops, and tons of storage in overhead and under-counter cabinets. A breakfast table for two separates the living room and the kitchen.

The bedroom is down the hall, and has plenty of room to fit a king-size bed, a couple of nightstands, and closet space where you can stash a stackable washer/dryer unit.
The living room of the Vesta 40 tiny house has enough space to place a convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, side tables, a couple of chairs, and an entertainment unit or a wall-mounted television.
