The Sutton tiny house by Tennessee-based builder Tiny House Chattanooga is a gorgeous open-floor micro-dwelling that can accommodate a small family. Featuring a modern farmhouse aesthetic, the 32-foot-long Sutton tiny house on wheels is outfitted with a small living room, a U-shaped kitchen, a downstairs bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a loft bedroom.
Offering 320 square feet of interior space, the Sutton can sleep six people, in the main-floor bedroom, loft, and on a convertible couch in the living room. There are two entry points, one wooden door opening in the hall down from the kitchen and the other is the French doors opening into the living room. Multiple big and small windows keep the interior light-filled and well-ventilated.
The living room is comparatively small, but can fit a convertible couch, an entertainment center, and a side table. Adjacent to the lounge area is the U-shaped kitchen. The kitchen is well-designed and packed with modern amenities. It has generous wooden countertops that can double as a breakfast bar, refrigerator, farmhouse sink, open shelving, choice of cooktop, and plenty of overhead and under-counter custom cabinets.
The bathroom is down the hall. It has a shower, toilet, and vanity sink. It doesn’t include a laundry setup but certainly, that can be arranged upon client request. Accessible via a typical ladder, the loft bedroom is designed above the bathroom and can sleep two people.

The primary bedroom is past the bathroom and has plenty of space to move around. Offering standing height, the downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed flanked by nightstands and a full closet. If you wish to add another bedroom, the second loft can be accommodated above the bedroom to offer more sleeping space.
