Tiny houses on wheels are enjoying their moment in the sun with stunning options on the market to be used as permanent residences or vacation rentals. Colorado-based custom home builder, Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses, has an assortment of beautifully built micro-dwellings catering to the needs of small and big families alike. The Pemberley gooseneck tiny house by the builder is home to a family of five, offering freedom to live and travel in comfort.
The Pemberley tiny house measures 37 feet long and weighs around 21,000 lbs. It is equipped with an air-ride suspension to provide control and a six-point automatic leveling system to keep the dwelling leveled on arrival at a new location.
The house includes a well-thought-out layout that includes two loft spaces joined by a walkway, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a gooseneck bedroom. Painted purple with gray trim, the exterior of the dwelling features a cedar board and batten and structural insulated panels for insulation.
The interior offers 460 square feet of floor space that is big enough for a small family. The ground floor is centered on a living room, which can fit a big convertible couch, coffee table, and an entertainment unit. The bathroom is neatly tucked behind a pocket door next to the living room. It features a vanity sink, a large shower stall, and a composting toilet.

On the other side of the house is the big kitchen. It is outfitted with a small wood-burning stove, granite countertops, custom cabinets, an induction cooktop, a convection oven, a ventilation hood, an on-demand hot water system, and a garbage disposal system. A small hallway down from the kitchen houses a small utility room, containing cabinets, a pantry, a separate washer and dryer, and a huge closet.
Industrial pipe ladder rungs are installed at the back of the house to access the gooseneck bedroom. Tucked behind a pocket door, the gooseneck is the kids’ bedroom and features a trundle bunk bed to sleep two.

The loft bedrooms of the Pemberley tiny house are accessible via a ladder mounted on a modified caster system, which swivels upward for ease of storage when not in use. A large catwalk joins the master bedroom and another kids’ bedroom, which has two closets. The lofts have louvered railings that can open and close to provide necessary privacy.
There is no word on the price of the Pemberley gooseneck tiny house. However, given the sheer size and custom additions, it is fair to assume this tiny house is on the pricier side.
