TinyFL Homes has unveiled another mobile habitat, the Kadena tiny house on wheels. The compact dwelling measures 26 feet long, and stands firmly poised on a triple-axle trailer. The design is correspondingly simple, both inside and out. On the outside, the towable home is clad in wooden exterior with metal accenting, while on the inside, the roof and the wall come insulated with closed cell foam.
Visitors enter a home office/living room that includes a desk, a couple of chairs, and a wall-mounted television. Nearby is the kitchen, which has quite a bit of storage space. The kitchen also includes custom maple cabinets, a butcher block countertop, a sink, a full-size refrigerator, and a two-burner induction cooktop. The double-pane vinyl windows flood the space with natural light and keep the room lit and airy.
A staircase with integrated storage faces the countertop. It also hosts a washer/dryer as the makers have installed a wardrobe in the bathroom that takes most of the space; hence shifting the washer/dryer finds its place underneath the stairs. Shifting our focus back to the staircase, a series of steps leads to the sole loft of the tiny home.

Kadena tiny house also has a main-floor bedroom. Accessed via a separate door and bathroom, the bedroom sleeps two people in a breeze. In addition to a double bed, the bedroom features a floating shelf to house a laptop, and a pouf to sit and work in peace. Priced at just $74,900 this is a steal in my opinion, especially when it’s getting hard to find quality tiny homes below the 100K mark.
