Sometimes luxury comes in small packages. This is true in the case of the Solana tiny house that offers a posh micro-living experience for residents. It features a large loft, a full-size bedroom, and a living room. The 30-foot-long and 8.5-foot-wide, NOAH-certified tiny home was created by TinyFL Homes.
Built on a triple-axle trailer base, the Solana tiny house has an appealing white exterior with sturdy metal roofing. The floor plan is divided into the main level and the upper loft. The main level has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, while the upper level has two versatile lofts. As there are three bedrooms, this tiny house can sleep up to six people. The Solana tiny house can be customized as per the preferences of any client, though the basic design remains the same.
There is a kitchen cum living space that looks very spacious. The countertop is neatly designed with a sink, cooktop, and oven. A full-sized fridge is also included and there is generous provision to keep more appliances. The living room can be used to keep a sofa facing a wall-mounted TV. Adjacent is a dining area with chairs to seat two to four people.
The storage spaces in the house are quite sleek and made with a black matte finish, giving the interiors a plush touch. The ground-floor bedroom has similarly designed cupboards to store clothes and other personal belongings. It has plenty of room to move around and sleeps two people in a king-size bed.

However, the best section of the Solana tiny house is the bathroom. It has a beautiful black-and-white palette. There is a vanity sink, a toilet, and a covered shower space. This tiny house has a starting price of $94,900 and can be made with custom additions.
