New Zealand-based Cocoon Tiny Homes is known for its lavish mobile dwellings with similarly outlandish price tags. The allure of Cocoon’s micro-dwellings is unparalleled, as evident by the popularity of its Long Black. Today we bring you another gem from the vaults of the builder. Named Tiny One Marco, this tiny house is by no means actually tiny. Measuring 26-foot-long and 9.8-foot-wide, the Tiny One Marco is a tiny house that comes with one mezzanine bedroom and a rooftop deck.
Boasting a high ceiling and exquisite interior, the Tiny One Marco is the perfect tiny house on wheels for a travel-loving couple. Poised on a triple-axle trailer, the exterior features vertical Colorsteel iron cladding and insulated Colorsteel roof. There are two entrances to the house, one opens into the living room, the other into the bathroom.
Thanks to towering ceilings, the living room feels incredibly spacious and has a fireplace, entertainment center, and a big couch. You can also put down a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Big windows throughout the house pour in fresh air and natural light.

A capacious kitchen is positioned in the middle of the house. It is equipped with custom cabinetry, a pantry with soft-close drawers, a refrigerator, a two-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, a sink, a range hood, a tiled backsplash, and a laminated benchtop. The kitchen is a unique blend of various materials and adds a quaint touch to the space.
A storage-integrated staircase opposite the kitchen leads to the loft bedroom and the rooftop deck. A washer/dryer unit and the fridge are housed under the stairs. The loft features standing heights, a king-size bed, and wardrobes. A full-size door opens onto a small deck, where you can enjoy gorgeous vistas and your evening coffee.
