People often ask me, what are the traits of a good tiny house on wheels? My answer is that a mobile habitat that is beautiful, practical, and roomy is ultimately habitable. One such micro-dwelling that is incredibly gorgeous, highly functional, and capacious to the core is the Seabrook tiny house on wheels. Measuring 28 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, the tiny house is designed by the popular US-based tiny house firm Handcrafted Movement.
Finished in board and batten siding with a cedar accent, the tiny home is clad with windows allowing light and air inside. The board and batten walls lend some texture to the place, while the blue and white background radiates a cozy vibe all around the house. The interior comprises a main-floor bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a loft bedroom.
Beginning with the living room, it isn’t too spacious but equips a sofa with ease. Adjacent is the kitchen which looks elegant and equally functional. It boasts blue cabinets and oak countertops that double as a dining table. The kitchen also hosts a range of accessories and appliances from a four-burner cooktop and exterior vented hood fan to a refrigerator/freezer. Not to mention, a mixture of brass and matte black hardware throughout the house.
Opposite the kitchen is the flexible room of the house. It doubles as a home office during the day and turns into a main-floor bedroom at night. This is possible courtesy of a space-saving Murphy bed, which slides down from the cabinet section. The bedroom area also features a myriad of windows, loads of furnishing, and shelves to host TV and other decorative items.

The Seabrook tiny house also features a loft bedroom accessed via a ladder. Overall, the tiny home sleeps four people, two in the loft section and a couple in the main-floor bedroom. Underneath the loft lies the bathroom. Featuring a toilet, shower, and a vanity the Seabrook’s bathroom is pretty regular yet highly functional.
On a little downside, the tiny house is not available for purchase. The model is discontinued by the company but you may try your luck and request to get a similar home custom-designed.

I am looking for a tiny home that does not have a loft. I am a senior & don’t want to do stairs. It does not need to be on wheels. It’s going in my daughter back yard. Do you build houses like that? I live in Costa Mesa, CA & the city has approved tiny homes in our town. Don’t want to spend more than $150,000.
