It’s pretty rare to find one TV in a single tiny house, let alone two. However, New Zealand-based tiny house company Build Tiny wanted a change in approach and has accoutered the Green Hill Farm tiny house with not one, but two TVs. “Our clients – a husband and wife duo from Green Hill Farm – came to us to design this custom tiny house. The basis for the design was the Littlejohn tiny house which has a very similar layout. However, the clients wanted to extend the length of the tiny house out to 26 feet to allow for a very spacious bathroom and king sleeping loft with a built-in storage unit,” mentions the company.
As a result, the Green Hill Farm tiny house was born. The loft bedroom is undeniably the main attraction of the house, courtesy of its king-size bed and built-in storage unit, as aforementioned. The storage unit features two hanging wardrobes, a set of drawers, and a TV. Not to mention, a hidden utility cupboard behind the TV to conceal all the TV cords as well as a place for the client to keep their internet router.
That’s about the loft, if you walk downstairs, you’ll find the kitchen of the tiny house. Like the bedroom loft, the kitchen doesn’t fail to amaze either. Featuring a movable butcher block on wheels, plenty of cabinet space, and an oven, the tiny house is supremely functional. However, the main attraction of the kitchen is a small dishwasher, which is still a rarity in tiny houses.
Another notable feature includes insect screens installed on every opening window. Adjacent is the bathroom, which is quite spacious compared to other Build Tiny creations and includes a sink, a flushing toilet, and a shower.

Opposite the bathroom is the living room of the house. It contains a built-in couch that further offers space underneath to store essentials and is attached to a table that swivels in multiple directions. The table is detachable and can be removed when not in use. The living room also features a TV that is mounted on the wall.
While I’ve spoken well about the tiny house interior, the exterior of the tiny home is worth mentioning too. Poised on a double-axle, the Green Hill Farm tiny house boasts a steel frame and comes finished in vinyl cladding. The dwelling is accoutered with windows and glass doors which flood the interior with natural light and keep the space well-ventilated during summers.
