You are not a good tiny house enthusiast, if you are unaware of what’s happening in the tiny house industry. Therefore, I find it to be a privilege to work at Homecrux, allowing me to provide you with the latest updates from the industry, whether about upgradation in tiny house models or a firm launching a brand new micro-dwelling on wheels. Speaking of the latter, Baluchon has recently unveiled the Browny tiny house that features a home office and a mini gym.
While so many makers are struggling to incorporate a washer/dryer or dishwasher in their mobile habitats, the French tiny house believes in elevating design to a new high. Built on a double-axle trailer, the tiny house measures 19.6 feet long and is finished in red cladding complimented by aluminum accenting.
A double glass door welcomes you inside the house, whilst allowing natural light and fresh breeze inside as well. In addition to the transparent door, there are double-glazing windows to keep the interior light-filled. As you enter inside, you are graced by a treadmill that offers Christophe (the client) to exercise during work breaks.
Nearby is the open living area that features a storage unit for housing essentials and a fold-down table, for Christophe to have his snacks. There is also a coffee machine installed over the storage unit, so Christophe can grab a cup of joe to keep attentive and efficient. Since the tiny house is installed in the client’s garden, it is not far from his house and allows him to move out and go home for lunch and loo.

There is a trellis acting as a partition between two sides of the house. The other side is designated for the home office and is accoutered with four screens. In addition to basic features, the tiny house also has a 1000W dry inertia electric heater that will keep the tiny house warm during the winter months.
Though the Browny tiny house comes without a bathroom and a kitchen, it does feature an upstairs bedroom. The loft has a double bed that allows Christophe to rest when required. In addition to functioning as a mini office, the tiny house can even be utilized as a guest rental.
