There are speculations being made that the global tiny house market is expected to grow even bigger by the end of this decade. Cashing on prophecy are tiny house makers across the globe building new micro-dwellings on a roll. Roll’en Homes is one of the mobile habitat manufacturers that is hoping to steady its ship in the housing industry with a range of models to strengthen its case as one of the top micro-dwelling manufacturers.
Today we’ll discuss the 30 feet long Caboose tiny house on wheels by Roll’en Homes. “This model is the epitome of what we are capable of. The Caboose is a 240 square foot build, this client maximized the space to fit a full bathroom, large kitchen, and eating area, complete with separate sleeping quarters,” mentions the company.
The tiny house is built on a double-axle trailer and finished with wood siding. There are a number of windows spread throughout the house to allow light and air inside.
Upon entering inside, you are graced by a living room that is not so traditional. It isn’t accoutered with a sofa or a center table but does feature a dining booth that converts into a bench seat. Adjacent is the fireplace to warm the living space on cold nights.
In addition, you can watch your favorite programs on the wall-mounted television over the fireplace. The living room is in the center of the tiny house and provides access to the bedroom and kitchen area.
