Based in British Columbia, Summit Tiny Homes is one of the most fabulous micro-dwelling builders known for its astounding abodes on wheels. The Canadian builder garnered the attention of tiny house enthusiasts after making spacious and elegant models like Athos and Modern Bohemian and is now hoping to turn heads once again with one of its recent builds, the Sitka tiny house.
The 34 feet tiny home not only stands as an epitome of elegance but also offers practical storage solutions to the user. Finished in metal siding with cedar, the Sitka tiny house packs an ingenious layout that features waterproof plank flooring with a modern interior aesthetic. Not to mention, the white smooth panel interior on walls and ceiling, which makes the tiny home look even more elegant.
Speaking of layout, the tiny house offers 400 square feet of space that is filled with a generous kitchen, a gorgeous living room, and a spa-like bathroom. In addition to basic features, it even includes a ground-floor bedroom alongside a storage-integrated loft. The tiny house’s living room is fresh and light-filled, with large glazing allowing plenty of light and air to pass in. Featuring a couch with drawers and a wall-mounted television (as an add-on), the living room is simple yet luxurious.
Adjacent is the kitchen of the tiny house. It includes wooden walnut cabinets with drawers. Topping the cabinets is the solid surface ‘Corian counters’ for chopping and cutting. We can also spot a double stainless steel sink with a matte black faucet pairing. The kitchen also features a dining bar which can double as a workspace. Other amenities include a fridge/freezer, oven, and cooktop.
Facing the kitchen is the storage-integrated staircase that leads to the loft of the tiny house. The loft section is spacious and can be used as a guest bedroom. Another notable point of the Sitka tiny house is its space management which is visible through the washer/dryer intelligently incorporated under the staircase.

Featuring a 60-inch tub/shower combo with a glass shower panel, the bathroom is really luxurious. It also includes a standard flush toilet and boasts a vanity with a butcher block countertop and a vanity mirror.
Then, we have the ground floor master bedroom. It includes a couple of closet wardrobes and a custom storage bed. Priced at $141,499 the Sitka tiny house is spacious and offers plenty of room to accommodate a family of three to five people.
