Arizona-based tiny house builder Uncharted Tiny Homes may not be as distinguished as the likes of Madeiguincho or Baluchon, but it sure is a master of the craft. It has adeptly created compact models as well as spacious dwellings that are like none other in the tiny house industry. While Uncharted Tiny Homes’ 450-sq-ft The Estate offers accommodation for half a dozen people, the Limited Tiny House is an intimate home for a couple with 200-sq-ft floor space.
The smallest tiny house model by the maker, The Limited has many first-class comforts including an eight-foot living room, galley kitchen, small bathroom, and a sleeping loft over the kitchen and bathroom. Built on an 18-foot trailer, the tiny house on wheels manages to pack all the necessities for a comfortable life on the road.
The front glass door opens into the living room which has a sofa, a storage cabinet, and a wall-mounted television. With a myriad of windows, the compact interior feels airy and bright. A ladder next to the door leads to the loft bedroom. Upstairs, a loft with a tapered ceiling, a king-size bed, two large windows, and two side tables flanking the bed create a cozy yet spacious vibe.
Past the living room, is a galley kitchenette with a double stainless steel sink, wooden countertops, an induction cooktop, a small refrigerator, and under-counter cabinetry. There is a breakfast bar opposite the cooking space that offers eating space for two and it can double as a workspace as well. Two stools can be stored underneath the bar which has two cabinets on the side.

A functional bathroom is located at the end of the house, where a shower, sink and toilet take care of the hygiene. The bathroom is accessible through a sliding pocket door.
