The tiny house movement has spread like a wildfire. From Australia to the US, and Asia to Europe, these micro dwellings are in popular demand. Banking on the trend is some of the most popular tiny house makers around the globe with the likes of Minimaliste, Baluchon, and Modern Tiny Living (MTL). Talking of the latter, MTL has produced some of the finest tiny house models to date but nothing could beat the impressive aesthetics and all-around functionality of the Ojai tiny house.
MTL calls Ojai a gorgeous variation of its Kokosing model, a 24 feet tiny house on wheels. The Ohio-based manufacturer built the tiny home for the celebrity client Justin Baldoni, who is an actor and filmmaker by profession. The client wanted a tiny house for his family out in California, and he knocked on the doors of MTL for getting the job done.
Accommodating four people, the tiny house packs a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom inside its LP vertical smart siding and steel roof exterior. The tiny house features acacia-engineered hardwood flooring and poplar tongue and groove walls inside. Its interior is clad in gorgeous wood accents that add aesthetics to the space. Another highlight of the tiny house is the excellent usage of space; MTL ensures to utilize every inch to offer clever storage solutions.
The tiny house features a glass sliding door that paves the way inside the Ojai tiny house. Upon entering inside you are welcomed by an open area. One end of the house features a spacious living room with a storage-friendly U-shaped sofa with a bed convertibility option. The MTL’s Ojai tiny house social area also has two built-in bookcases with six drawers. The living room also has a number of windows allowing a lot of air and light to pour in.
Adjacent to the door is a custom staircase with built-in storage. It leads you to the loft of the tiny house which functions as a classy tiny house bedroom. Featuring a full-size bed, Ojai’s loft also has multiple windows for maintaining proper ventilation.
