The Italian brand Seletti, known for distinctive design approach has exhibited a range of products at the 2020 Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair. CUJO Cat Lamp will be one of the main attractions on showcase at the event. Designed by Studio Job, it is a wireless lamp in the shape of a black cat with lighted eyes.
The brand has created animal-shaped lighting pieces earlier and even cat-shaped lamps under the Blow project. The difference in the new lamp is that it features a different cat expression. The playful design and pleasant patterns on the surface give it a real cat-like appearance. It is described as a pet for those who love darkness, in a pose indicating it is always ready to protect you.
The CUJO Cat Lamp is dimmable and comes with a rechargeable battery that lasts for up to 30 hours. According to the manufacturer, the lamp design pays homage to le Chat Noir and the novels by Edgar Allan Poe.
