British Columbia-based tiny house builder Summit Tiny Homes is adept at making custom dwellings for its clients throughout North America. The 42ft custom gooseneck tiny house is one of the prime examples of the signature craftsmanship of the builder. This 2022 gooseneck house has a rustic moody exterior with board and batten siding with wood shingles.
A pair of French doors welcomes you inside the micro-dwelling. Multiple windows and two skylights bring in plenty of natural light and ventilation. A carefully picked palette with green and white creates a perfect modern house charm. But the best part about this custom Summit home is the gooseneck living room setup under a skylight and low ceiling with exposed wood beams.
A set of storage-integrated flights next to the entrance provides access to the lounge. It is a snug, well-lit, and well-ventilated space featuring a built-in sofa with drawers underneath. There is plenty of space to add an entertainment center.
Below is a full kitchen clad in sap green and black accents. The kitchen is perfect for home chefs, allowing them to whip up gourmet meals. It includes modern appliances, plenty of storage, and space for a washer/dryer. There is no designated dining space, but you could take your meals to the living room.

A removable ladder is placed in the kitchen to reach the loft above the walkthrough bathroom. The loft understandably has low ceilings and can sleep two people. The bathroom beneath has a vanity sink, a bathtub/shower, and a toilet.
Through the bathroom, you reach a landing area where more storage is created. A big wardrobe is on the right, while the left hosts a storage-integrated staircase leading to the master loft bedroom. The loft bedroom has a skylight, a low ceiling with exposed wood beams, and a queen-size mattress that sleeps two.

Since this is a custom dwelling, the exact price of it is unknown. But Summit custom homes measuring 34ft go for CAD 195,000, which puts this 42ft custom house well above CAD 290,000. This particular house with this budget may not be your cup of tea but the Canadian builder has a brilliant fleet of designs to suit your needs.
