Speakers come in all shapes and sizes with unique designs that complement modern interiors in a significant way. Combining speaker design aesthetics and crystal clear audio output is something which is a subtle art, one bad stroke and everything seems out of place. Thankfully, the Teufel Devil x Rosenthal speaker system hits that sweet spot of brilliant design and ear-pleasing audio.
Made by Teufel Audio (a pioneering audio company based in Berlin) in collaboration with Germany-based porcelain experts, Rosenthal, the loudspeaker pair has a signature teardrop shape, standing on thin legs. This is apparently the world’s first wireless speaker made from exquisite hard porcelain material.
Electroacoustic perfection of the speakers promises amazing audio reproduction with the integrated bass reflex system and a Class D amplifier. The speakers can be paired with other Teufel Raumfeld speakers for lossless multiroom streaming. Keeping in tune with the music streaming service, music can be played directly from Spotify, TuneIn, SoundCloud, Napster, and Tidal.
The Teufel x Rosenthal speaker system is as exclusive as it gets, only 500 limited edition copies will be made. The loudspeaker in pearl white color can be bought right away for € 3,990 (~ $4,520) which is a steep price tag but all worthwhile for the exclusivity it offers.
